The Platinum Cross with Rubies
The highest state honours are never created by chance. They represent the highest level of trust, recognition of outstanding merit, and respect for those whose work strengthens the Kingdom and the values upon which it is built.
The Platinum Cross with Rubies is one of the highest state honours of the Kingdom of North Barchant. It is awarded by personal decree of the Queen for exceptional service to the Kingdom.
Each decoration bears its own serial number and is presented together with an official Book of the Order, underlining its uniqueness and official status within the Kingdom’s honours system.
The Catalogue also introduces the first recipients of this distinction. Among them is His Serene Highness Prince Ilya Bulychev, who was awarded the Platinum Cross with Rubies for his contribution to strengthening friendship between nations, his diplomatic activities, and his charitable work in support of the Kingdom of North Barchant.
Every state honour is more than a decoration. It preserves the memory of people whose actions become part of the Kingdom’s history.
