State awards have a unique ability to preserve history not only through dates and documents, but also through particular events, encounters, and people.

The Order of Saint Anna, II Degree is one of the first awards of the Kingdom of North Barchant. It was established in 2019 and is awarded to citizens of the Kingdom and its foreign friends for their contribution to the development of humanitarian and educational initiatives.

By 2026, the Order had been awarded 52 times. Its recipients include representatives of different countries, while one of the catalogue pages preserves a particularly symbolic moment: a group photograph from MicroCon 2024, where two people received the award at the same time.

As of 2026, the Order of Saint Anna, II Degree has been awarded to 22 citizens of the Kingdom of North Barchant and 10 foreign citizens, including four Europeans, two Brazilians, two Americans, and two Russian citizens.

The Order itself is made of 999 fine silver, weighing 31 grams, and decorated with elements of blue enamel. Each piece bears an individual number and is presented together with an official order certificate.
