A state honour is more than a mark of distinction. Sometimes, what makes an award truly meaningful is who receives it and what kind of service the Kingdom considers worthy of special recognition.

The Order of Saint Anna, I Degree is one of the earliest honours of the Kingdom of North Barchant. Established in 2019, it is awarded to citizens of the Kingdom and foreign friends of North Barchant for activities that contribute to the well-being of others.

By 2026, 23 people had received this honour. The Order itself is crafted from 18-carat gold and decorated with elements of blue enamel. Each piece bears an individual number and is accompanied by an official order certificate.

The catalogue introduces one of its recipients — Igor Beloff, who has been awarded the Order of Saint Anna, I Degree twice. Since 2016, he has represented the Kingdom of North Barchant at international micronational forums and has been actively involved in promoting global environmental safety.
