Today, the Kingdom of North Barchant extends its warmest birthday wishes to Prime Minister Igor Beloff — a statesman who has represented the interests of the Kingdom, both at home and on the international stage, for many years.

Since 2016, Igor Beloff has served as the Kingdom of North Barchant’s permanent representative at international micronational forums. His participation in MicroCon, the Micro Euro Summit, and other international gatherings has become an important part of the Kingdom’s international presence, helping to develop relations with other micronations and strengthen North Barchant’s standing within the international micronational community.

In recognition of his service to the Kingdom, Igor Beloff has received some of its distinguished state honours. He is a two-time Knight of the Order of Saint Anna, First Class, and a Knight of the Order of Saint Anna, Second Class. Over the years, his public service has also included involvement in the Kingdom’s initiatives concerning global environmental security, which formed another chapter in North Barchant’s public and international activities.

On this special day, we express our sincere appreciation to Igor Beloff for his many years of service to the Kingdom, his dedication to its interests, and his distinguished representation of North Barchant abroad.

We wish him good health, happiness and prosperity, new achievements, every success in fulfilling his future plans, and continued accomplishments in service to the Kingdom of North Barchant.
